At House of MODS, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
✅ Returns — Eligibility
Non-custom items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original packaging with tags intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Custom clothing (made-to-order or personalized) is non-returnable and non-refundable, unless:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
- There is a clear error on our part
💳 Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and notify you.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
🔁 Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- For sizing issues, reach out to us — we may accommodate exchanges for non-custom items depending on availability.
📬 How to Initiate a Return
Email us at info@houseofmods.com with the following:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
We'll share return shipping instructions. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
